Each weekend we reach hundreds of kids and students in an exciting and active environment. Our services are filled with worship, games, small groups, and great Bible teaching of God’s values at an age-appropriate level. We are ecstatic that you can be a part of this!

Our weekend services meet at the same time as our adult services and are specifically designed for all children from 6 weeks through 8th grade and High School Nights for our 9th-12th graders on Sunday nights at our South campus. While parents and students are experiencing the life-giving worship and teaching in our weekend services, we are giving their children the exact same experience in River Kids and The Bridge.

It is the heart of our church to empower the now generation — kids and students who are called to activate their faith today, not someday. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment where every child can know God, find freedom, discover their purpose, and make a difference. We want every child to feel known, valued, cared for, and believed in, and to belong to a community that helps their faith thrive through childhood, the teenage years, and into adulthood. Discovery 101 is a welcoming, one-hour class designed to help you get to know The River Church and discover what we’re all about. You’ll get to hear from some of our pastoral team and meet many others who are relatively new or taking their next step. This class outlines ownership and presents an opportunity to join, but is not required to attend. Discovery 101 takes place on the second Sunday of every month at 11:15 AM in The Cove.

RIVER KIDS EARLY CHILDHOOD TEAM (6 weeks-2.5 years)
The Early Childhood serves children six weeks through two and a half years old and lead our youngest children through play, care, music, and prayer, allowing our kids to learn from the earliest stage that church is a place where they are safe and loved.

RIVER KIDS PRESCHOOL TEAM (2.5 years-5 years)
The Early Childhood serves children two and a half years through five years old and lead our youngest children through play, care, music, and prayer, allowing our kids to learn from the earliest stage that church is a place where they are safe and loved.

RIVER KIDS ELEMENTARY TEAM (Kindergarten-3rd Grade)
The Elementary Team invests in the lives of children who are in kindergarten through third grade by giving them the opportunity to discover and develop a passion for God through Bible teaching, worship, Small Groups, prayer, and lots of fun.

BRIDGE PRETEEN TEAM (4th-5th Grade)
The Preteen Team serves fourth and fifth graders by helping them connect with God, form community, and learn to own their faith in a space designed just for them in the in-between years. Leaders engage students in a small group environment alongside age appropriate teaching and fun.

BRIDGE MIDDLE SCHOOL MEETUPS TEAM (6th-8th Grade)
The Middle School Meetups Team invests in the lives of students in sixth through eighth grade by creating environments where they connect with God, experience Him, find community, take their next step, and have a whole lot of fun doing it. They bring the whole youth group feel to a Sunday morning environments. Leads students in small groups, games, and, if desired, continues the relationship through the week.

BRIDGE HIGH SCHOOL NIGHTS SCHOOL TEAM (9th-12th Grade)
The High School Nights Team invests in students in ninth through twelfth grade at the South Campus on Sunday Nights. Dream teamers help students grow in their relationship with God, find freedom alongside their peers, empower them to do ministry, and train them with the skills to own their faith so that it might thrive in beyond high school. Leads students in small groups on Sunday nights and are encouraged to build that relationship through the week and on Sunday mornings

FIRST IMPRESSION TEAM
The First Impression Team creates a welcoming environment and assists families with checking in, dropping off, and picking up children in all River Kids and The Bridge areas as well as keep our kids areas safe.

RIVER ACCESS TEAM
The River Access Team plays a vital role in caring for our children with a variety of needs. Whether serving as a “buddy” or in our River Access room, you provide care and personal attention so our kids with special needs can participate in our environments and grow in their relationship with God in their own unique way.
